Kitchen Council Membership Structure

Kitchen Council memberships are designed for licensed food businesses and are structured to support every stage of growth—while maintaining fairness, sustainability, and community access. Choose the tier that best matches your production need, then schedule a membership consult to confirm fit and onboarding steps.

Full-Time Member — $600 / month

Who
Consistent producers using the kitchen 4–7 days/week (≈80+ hours/month).

Access
24/7 access • dedicated production table • 2 storage shelves • full community benefits • mail/package privileges

Notes
Up to 2 additional shelves ($50 each) • exceeding limits converts to Resident

Resident Member — $800 / month

Who
Established businesses that have “graduated” in skill and remain active ecosystem contributors.

24/7 kitchen access • full storage allotment • mail/package privileges • full community participation

Notes
By invitation only • annual checkpoint • exempt from panel reviews • community contribution required

Food / Drink Truck Member — $425–$525 / month

Mobile food or beverage operators requiring commissary, prep, and waste support.

Incubator Flex Member — $300 / month
