Kitchen Council is a food business incubator in Council Bluffs, Iowa, built to help entrepreneurs turn great food into sustainable businesses.

We serve food entrepreneurs across Southwest Iowa and the greater Omaha region by lowering the barriers between an idea and the marketplace. Our fully equipped commercial kitchen gives members access to the space, equipment, and infrastructure they need to produce at scale—without taking on the cost of building a kitchen of their own.

But Kitchen Council is more than a kitchen.

Members become part of an entrepreneurial ecosystem designed to help them move forward. Through business development resources, workshops, industry connections, technical assistance, and a community of fellow food entrepreneurs, Kitchen Council helps founders navigate the challenges of starting, growing, and ultimately launching their businesses into the wider marketplace.

Whether someone is testing an early concept, building a customer base, expanding into wholesale and retail, or preparing for their next facility, Kitchen Council provides a place to start, grow, and launch.
